When reservations, event planning, menus and internal coordination come together, individual spreadsheets and emails are often no longer enough. HSOS is a custom-built digital operations, communication and guest management system – with touchscreen communication, walk-in registration, a reservations/day book and internal task workflows.

Digital practice management.
A wish for questionnaires turned into a small digital workspace.
A couples therapist wanted to offer questionnaires online. Instead of simply embedding a form, we developed a protected client portal with personal logins and flexible sharing.

Beauty salon – Booking system.
Managing services and rooms the way the salon’s daily work requires.
For a beauty salon we created a dedicated booking calendar that not only records appointments but also takes the services offered and the available treatment rooms into account.

Clipstore – SaaS marketplace.
A self-developed marketplace instead of a ready-made shop theme.
Clipstore is an independent, multi-tenant web application for selling digital content. Different operators can manage their own stores, while customer accounts and the shopping basket work across the whole platform.
